All current HPU students should complete this form before enrolling for coursework at another institution.

This form is used for current students at HPU that plan to take ANY courses outside of HPU.

All students should meet with an academic advisor before completing any coursework outside of HPU.

When requesting transfer upper division credit, please note that the course in question must also be upper division at the transferring institution.

In order to receive transfer credit, it is the student's responsibility to provide official transcripts from the credit-granting institution following the conclusion of the course or courses.

Please note, this form alone is not a guarantee of transfer credit.
HPU RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT

ALL STUDENTS MUST COMPLETE 24 OF THE FINAL 30 SEMESTER HOURS IN RESIDENCE AT HPU, REGARDLESS OF THE AMOUNT OF TRANSFER CREDIT GRANTED.
