Piliʻana Guidelines
Respectful Communication: Ensure all posts are respectful and considerate of others. Avoid offensive language, discriminatory remarks, or personal attacks.

Relevant Content: Only post information that is relevant to the university community, such as academic events, campus announcements, and student opportunities.

Accurate Information: Ensure all shared content is fact-checked and accurate. Misinformation or misleading content is not allowed.

No Spam: Refrain from posting repetitive or promotional content that does not serve the community's interests.

Privacy Compliance: Do not share personal or sensitive information of others without their consent.

Moderation: Posts may be reviewed or removed by the university for non-compliance with these guidelines.

Responsible Use: Use the platform responsibly to foster a positive and inclusive community environment.

Creating two or more Piliʻana posts for the same event/announcement is considered notification spam and may result in loss of access.

Piliʻana posts should not be used for important service announcements, messages containing long instructions, etc. Such electronic communication announcements are better suited for email communication engagement.
