Residential Honors Program Application - Fall 2024

The HPU Honors program is designed to help exceptionally capable and motivated students get the most out of their college experience. Through a rich program of challenging coursework, meaningful research, creative endeavors, and study abroad and at home opportunities, the program gives students the tools and resources to excel intellectually and academically.

Students who are admitted to the Residential Honors program are guaranteed housing, as a cohort, for their first year.
Only those who have submitted both an admissions application and a Residential Honors program application will be considered.

The Round 2 priority application deadline for submission of your Residential Honors Program Application is February 1, 2024.

1) The HPU Residential Honors Program is an interdisciplinary program that encourages examination of problems from multiple disciplinary angles. Briefly state what your intended major is and why you chose it. Then, describe what other academic field you are interested in and explain why. How do you think the two fields could be complimentary?

3) HPU's Residential Honors Program is looking for students who:

* Are creative and resilient
* Enjoy thinking outside of the box
* Want to be catalyst for change
* Want to develop leadership skills
* Enjoy a multicultural, diverse environment
* Want to be challenged academically

a) Make a short video (no longer than three minutes)
