1. All of the above-listed classes are required for my degree program.
2. I am responsible for securing tuition assistance funding for class(es) in the authorized military branch portal.
3. I am responsible for ensuring the information required to secure tuition assistance funding to include the class alpha, catalog number, term start and end date is accurate on my voucher.
4. It is my responsibility to notify the HPU Tuition Assistance Coordinator of any changes to my Tuition Assistance Voucher to include adds/drops, funding increase/decrease, voucher number ID.
5. I have attached a PDF(s) for all classes in which I will be utilizing Tuition Assistance.
6. If I drop or fail a class due to poor performance or non-attendance, including not participating in online classes, I may be responsible for repayment of tuition assistance funding. This may include repaying the indciated miltiary branch and paying out of pocket to HPU per the deadlines found in the academic calendar.
7. TA does not cover books or fees. It is my responsiblity to pay any fees and the Shark Bundle or opt out by the deadlines found on the HPU Bookstore website.
