HPU Reduced Tuition Verification Form (Step 2)

Employees/Members of HPU's Partnership Program must complete this form AFTER acceptance into an eligible program for the tuition discount offer, under the terms of the Reduced Tuition Agreement, to be applied.

DO NOT COMPLETE THIS FORM UNTIL YOU HAVE RECIEVED AN OFFER OF ADMISSION
Continuing students must submit this form PRIOR to the start of the semester.


You are required to upload employment/membership verification such as a current paystub, valid membership ID. Submission of this form is required upon each new academic year to remain eligible for the partnership discount.

Partnership terms to remember:
-Partnership discount is not stackable with any other HPU scholarship offers or other significant funding sources.
-Partnership discount applies to tuition only, each semester regardless of full or part-time student or employment status.
-Partnership discount is applicable to eligible participating programs only.
-Partnership discount may be used with external financial aid such as FAFSA loans/grants and external scholarships.
-If you are a current/continuing HPU student newly employed or a new member of a HPU partner organization, this form must be completed prior to semester start. Partnership discount is not retroactive.
